In his bid to encourage men to check for signs and symptoms of prostate and testicular cancer, the Maroon 5 frontman poses in the buff with only his model girlfriend’s hands covering his private.Adam Levine isn’t afraid of stripping naked for a cause. The Maroon 5 frontman has got down to his birthday suit, flaunting his ripped and tattooed body, in the February 2011 issue of Cosmopolitan U.K. in an effort to raise awareness of prostate and testicular cancer for the Everyman charity.

The 31-year-old hunk, who said he agreed to pose in the buff to encourage men to check for signs and symptoms of cancer, is joined by his Victoria’s Secret model girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna in the photos. Though so, it was only her hands that can be seen as they are strategically placed to cover his manhood.

In an interview with the magazine, the “She Will be Loved” singer revealed he is comfortable with his nakedness. “I spend most of my life naked,” he shared. “In fact, I often have to be told by the people around me that it’s inappropriate to be as naked as I am. But I live in California, where it’s always warm, so why not?”

During the interview for the February issue, Adam also opened up about his biggest turn-ons. “On a woman, I think lingerie is beautiful and amazing,” spilled the singer who gave up weight-lifting for yoga. “But you only enjoy lingerie once it’s off, so let’s just cut to the chase.”
